Rotary Slitter Knives｜Rotary Knives
Precision slitting starts with the right blade. TOA DR rotary slitter knives are manufactured from high-purity Tool Steel, HSS, and Tungsten Carbide — available in multiple surface finish grades and tolerance classes to match your material and application. From ultra-thin foils to heavy-gauge strip, each knife is precision-ground for clean slit edges, minimal burr, and consistent output across every production run.
Precision Spacer | Shim
Slit width accuracy depends on tooling alignment — and tooling alignment depends on the spacer. TOA DR precision spacers and shims are primarily used in slitting machine arbor setups, and can also be fitted to other precision mechanical assemblies such as machine tool spindle components. All specifications are open for discussion and manufactured to your exact requirement.
