Rubber spacer and PU O-Ring are used to avoid rolling of the stripped materials between knives. They also make stripped materials out of the knife-edge smoothly.
The steel spacer is covered with PU (oil-resistant), with a thickness tolerance of ±0.002 mm. |
The chrome-plated separate disk expects to enhance its durability. This also ensures that each metal strip keeps a certain gap when coiled and reduces the damage of finished products at the same time. |
